Over the last 11 years, while leading Fortify Marketing, Sarah has served as Head of Marketing for a global healthcare technology start-up, managing sales and marketing, creating a pipeline of prospects and engaging with prospective customers leveraging a strategic messaging framework and Hubspot CRM tools.   She also served as an Interim Executive Director of Strategic Communications for a global dermatology pharma manufacturer, managing all external communications including conferences, speaker programs and social media. She strengthened relationships with key opinion leaders in the dermatology sphere and supported brand marketing executives with key initiatives. Sarah also served as Senior Director of Pharmacy Channel for a prescription discount company, developing national campaigns with Walgreens, CVS and Walmart. She focused on building relationships with pharmacy partners and launched multiple programs to increase adherence and increase accessibility for patients across the country.

Prior to starting Fortify Marketing, Sarah led the pharmacy marketing team at CVS Health. Her customer acquisition and retention programs included all DTC platforms: TV, radio, direct mail, digital, social media, email, etc. She helped launch an integrated plan to acquire and retain displaced pharmacy benefits customers—one of the largest script acquisition efforts for CVS. Sarah and her team launched the first Medicare Part D campaign with Caremark and Aetna and launched the first enterprise-wide marketing initiative (free health screenings for a PBM client).
